Detroit History Tours – Terms & Conditions

By booking with Detroit History Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the date of travel or event. Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Cancellations & Changes: All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Meal Selections: Where applicable, meal choices must be finalized 10 days prior to travel. Meal costs will be applied to the guest's final payment.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in any Detroit History Tours event is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge that you and all participants in your group voluntarily assume all risks related to the experience, including travel, walking, and weather-related conditions.

Detroit History Tours reserves the right to alter or adjust programming, routes, or event timing as necessary.
