Some foods are special—and so are some zip codes. For one craveable slice of Detroit, 48212, the best of the best classics are still going strong, serving up great food decades after first feeding hungry Detroiters.

On this tour, you’ll enjoy the staples that have kept the people of the Motor City full and happy: pizza, chili, burgers, and pierogi—all within the same legendary zip code: 48212, once home to more bars than any other in the country.

A little Detroit, a little Hamtramck—this is the home zip code of the Detroit History Club!

On this 3.5-hour tour, guests will enjoy a progressive-style dinner with plenty of food to satisfy even the hungriest appetite. Together with your guides, you’ll explore three (3) restaurants. Buddy’s Pizza, Marcus Burger, and Polish Village Cafe, plus a take home from our friends at Red Hots Coney Island.

This tour is available exclusively, one night only. Dietary restrictions can not be accommodated.

Your ticket price includes all food, a 20% tip at each restaurant, samples, and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at one of the three stops, at the guest’s own expense.

Please note: Special dietary requests cannot be accommodated on this tour. If you suffer from food allergies, follow a restrictive diet, or consider yourself a picky eater, this may not be the right tour for you.

This experience is designed for adults with a sense of adventure and fun; however, guests 16 and older are welcome as long as they are accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older. Guests who wish to purchase alcohol must bring a valid ID.

The tour departs promptly. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

The tour departs from and returns to the Detroit History Club (3103 Commor St., Hamtramck, MI 48212).
Parking is available on the street. Doors open 30 minutes before the ticketed time. Guests are welcome to come inside, check in for the tour, and relax before departure. Restrooms are available.

Your order confirmation email will serve as your ticket. Please save your email and be prepared to show it either on your phone or as a printed copy to board the bus.
